Job Summary:

The New Business Development Executive will be solely responsible for:

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:

  • Engage in outbound calling to generate sales opportunities for specific niche markets.
  • Develop and deploy effective email communication to generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop needed phone scripts and power point presentation content to be used in potential client sales presentations.
  • Pitch and close new business followed by a clean hand-off to the implementation team.
  • Manage and exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop ongoing tracking and reporting to manage the sales cycle along with performance of selling opportunities (i.e. close rate, attrition rate, renewal rate, etc.).

Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluent with digital marketing (specifically paid digital channels like AdWords, BingAds, LinkedIn and Facebook) lingo and strategies.
  • Experience running programs in these channels is a benefit, but not required.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, or a proven track record selling paid digital lead generation programs.
  • Self-described sales style as a “Hunter” who likes the challenge and game of cold calling and emailing potential clients.


  • First year expected compensation of $70,000 with potential for +$100k in year 2 or 3.
  • Competitive commission schedule with residual income to grow overall personal earnings each year.
  • Existing client base who are willing to provide referrals to help close new clients.
  • Private office for sales calls.
